JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. Petitioner submits that there are vacancies to accommodate the sixth respondent so that the petitioner may work as PTA in Government Middle School, Jubla. The petitioner may point out any vacancy before the second respondent and also produce a certificate to the effect that the sixth respondent is willing to work in any one of such vacancies, in which case, the second respondent will take appropriate action to post the sixth respondent in any of such vacancies and the petitioner shall be permitted to work as PTA in Government Middle School, Jubla. The needful, as above, shall be done within one month from the date of production of a copy of this judgment alongwith a copy of the writ petition by the petitioner before the second respondent. 2. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
