JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. Petitioner prays for conferment of daily-waged status on completion of 10 years as part-time Chowkidar. It is seen that the Government has framed a Policy, dated 13th October, 2009. There will be a direction to the second respondent to take appropriate action in light of this Policy in the case of the petitioner, who claims to have completed 10 years as part-time Chowkidar. Needful action in that regard shall be taken within one month from the date of production of a copy of this judgment alongwith a copy of the writ petition by the petitioner before the second respondent. 2. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
