JUDGMENT Rajiv Sharma, J. Case of the petitioner, in a nutshell, is that though he is similarly situate to S/Shri Ram Krishan and Yog Raj, however, his services have not been regularized. The petitioner was also engaged in the Forest Department and thereafter, he was sent to Kandi Project. Similarly, S/Shri Ram Krishan and Yog Raj were also employees of the Forest Department and were also sent to Kandi Project. 2. The plea of Mr. R.P. Singh, learned Assistant Advocate General that the petitioner's case is different from that of S/ Shri Ram Krishan and Yog Raj merits rejection. 3. The petitioner was engaged on daily wage basis in Wild Life Division, Shimla w.e.f. 18.1.1989 to 30.4.1989. Thereafter, he worked at Tutikandi Range Office w.e.f. 1.5.1989 to 31.3.1990. He was engaged in IWDP, Kandi, Solan w.e.f. 3.12.1990 to Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the Judgment?. No. 12.11.1991. Consequently, it cannot be held that the petitioner was never an employee of the Forest Department. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for regularization at par with Shri Ram Krishan and Shri Yog Raj, within a period of two months on production of a certified copy of this judgment by the petitioner. No costs.
