Judgment :- 1. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that it would suffice if the first respondent is directed to consider the claims made by the petitioner, in view of G.O.Ms.No.143, School Education (S-2) Department, dated 25.6.2007, and in view of the order passed by this Court, on 16.7.2010, in W.P.No.47929 of 2006, and to pass appropriate orders thereon, within the period specified by this Court. 2. The learned counsels appearing on behalf of the respondents had no objection for this Court passing such an order. 3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing for the petitioner, as well as the respondents, the first respondent is directed to consider the claims made by the petitioner, in view of G.O.Ms.No.143, School Education (S-2) Department, dated 25.6.2007, and in view of the order passed by this Court, on 16.7.2010, in W.P.No.47929 of 2006, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, the fourth respondent and the other persons concerned, if any, and pass appropriate orders thereon, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
