JUDGMENT Rajiv Sharma, J. Mr. Adarsh Sharma, learned counsel for the respondent has placed on record copy of office order dated 25th February, 2011, whereby the respondent-Corporation has undertaken to implement the judgment rendered by this Court in CWP(T) No. 5173 of 2008, decided on 6.9.2010, subject to the outcome of LPA preferred by the respondent against the judgment in question. 2. In view of the fair stand adopted by the respondent, the present petition is disposed of. The contempt notice is discharged. No costs.
