JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph,J. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the petition, the petitioner has been regularized. However, due and admissible amount has not been disbursed to her so far. In case, the same has not been disbursed so far, the same shall be done within a month from the date of production of a copy of this order by the petitioner before the respondent otherwise, the petitioner will be entitled to interest @ 24 per cent and the officer concerned will be personally responsible for the same. 2. In view of the apology tender through the learned Advocate General, the COPC stands closed.
