ORDER : 1. The subject-matter that arises for consideration in this appeal is fairly covered by the decision rendered by us in Civil Appeal No.8170 of 2009 etc. Following the said judgment, the appeal is accordingly dismissed. 2. However, we make it clear that the admissions already made by the appellant - institution are saved and shall not be affected in any manner whatsoever.
