JUDGMENT Rajiv Sharma, J. Mr. Dilip Sharma, learned Counsel for the petitioners prays for and is permitted to withdraw the present writ petition since part of the grievances of the petitioner stands redressed, with liberty reserved to the petitioner to approach the respondent-University for the redressal of the remaining grievances by making an appropriate representation to the Authority concerned. 2. Consequently, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, so also the pending application(s), if any.
