It is not in dispute that present lis is squarely covered by the judgment rendered by this Court in CWP (T) No. 5759 of 2008, titled as Subhash Chand and another versus State of Himachal Pradesh and others, decided on 5.7.2010. 2. Consequently, the present petition is allowed. The respondents are directed to pay and release the pay scale Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? of Rs. 1640-2925, as revised from time to time, to the petitioners in view of the principles laid down in the judgment cited hereinabove. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
