JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph,J. The writ petition is filed with the following prayer: “i) That the respondents may be directed to restore the revised/higher pay scale of Rs.1640-2925 from the date of initial appointment; which stood revised to Rs. 5480-8925 w.e.f. 1.1.1996 and further revised w.e.f. 1.1.2006 and pay fixation therein to the petitioner till day with all consequential benefits; as has been restored & released to other similarly situated OT/Shastri teacher(s) like Sh. Mohinder Singh as per judgment passed by this Hon’ble Court in CWP(T) 2903 / 2008 vide Annexure P-4; affirmed in LPA No.107/2009 dated 30.3.2010 vide Annexure P-5; which also stands implemented on 6.9.2010 vide Annexure P-6, forthwith. ii) That the action of the respondents in reducing the pay scale of the petitioner from Rs.1640-2925 to Rs.1500-2700 may kindly be quashed and set aside forthwith.” 2. In case the petitioner is similarly situated, as the petitioners covered by LPA No. 107 of 2009 titled as State of H.P. & others vs. Mohinder Singh, a similar treatment, after verification of facts, shall be extended to the petitioner herein also since the State has accepted the judgment and they have implemented the same. The needful in this regard shall be done within a period of four months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition by the petitioner before the first respondent/competent authority. The consequential benefits, to which the petitioner if found eligible, shall be disbursed to him within another one month. 3. With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any. Copy Dasti.
