JUDGMENT Deepak Gupta, J. By means of this petition, the petitioner has challenged the selection process for appointment to the post of Forest Guard under the 10% quota. No stay was granted and in the meantime, some persons have been appointed under this quota. This matter cannot be heard in their absence. Therefore, the petition is rejected with liberty reserved to the petitioner to challenge the appointment of the persons so selected after impleading them as parties in the petition. The petition is disposed in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
