JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. The writ petition is filed with the following prayers: “(i) A writ in the nature of mandamus may be issued and the respondents may kindly be directed to transfer the petitioner in one of his choice of station as mentioned in para 7 of the petition. (ii) A writ in the nature of mandamus may be issued and thereby directing the respondents to relieve the petitioner after his transfer.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is due to retire within two years and at the fag end of his service, he may be given any non-tribal area. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are vacancies. He shall point out the same before the Principal Secretary (Health). Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of directing the Principal Secretary (Health) to look into the submissions of the petitioner, some of which we have recorded above and take appropriate action in accordance law and justice exploring the possibility of accommodating the petitioner in any other vacancy pointed out by the petitioner, he being at the fag end of service. The needful as above shall be done within one month from the date of production of a copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition by the petitioner. 3. The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending applications, if any.
