The learned counsel/learned Deputy Advocate General for the parties submit that the matter is squarely covered under judgment dated May 17th 2010, rendered by a Division bench of this Court in CWP No. 1096 of 2010, Raksha Devi vs. State of H.P. & others, alongwith connected matters. 2. In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the appellate authority, that is, the Deputy Commissioner, Bilaspur, H.P., to hear and decide the appeal afresh in the light of the clarifications/directions/observations issued under the aforesaid judgment in CWP No. 1096 of 2008 within two months from the Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? No. date of production of copy of this judgment by the petitioner. 3. In view of the above, the petition stands disposed of, so also pending CMP(s), if any.
