JUDGMENT Deepak Gupta,J. 1. By means of this petition, the petitioner has challenged his transfer order dated 3rd June, 2010 whereby he was transferred from GPS Dohak to GPS Majher. 2. The main grievance of the petitioner, as ventilated in the petition, is that he had not completed normal tenure of 3 years in GPS Dhohak. Pursuant to the orders of this Court dated 10.6.2010 the petitioner continues to function at Dhohak. No other person has been posted at Dhohak in place of the petitioner. Therefore, this petition is disposed of with the direction that till 31st March, 2011 the petitioner shall continue to function at Dhohak and thereafter shall joint at GPS Majher. No costs.
