JUDGMENT The grievance raised by the petitioner is against the order of transfer Exhibit P2 by which the petitioner who has been working as Assistant Commissioner in the Commercial Taxes Department has been transferred from Thrissur to Palakkad within two months of his posting in Thrissur itself. It is pointed out that the petitioner attained 55 years on 31.5.2011 and he is due to retire from service on 31.3.2012. Various contentions have been raised in the representation as well as in the Writ Petition. It is pointed out that the petitioner has already been relieved. Since the petitioner has raised his grievance in Exhibit P3 representation before the respondent, the same will be considered by the respondent in accordance with law and appropriate orders will be passed and communicated to the petitioner within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The petitioner will forward a copy of the Writ Petition along with a certified copy of this judgment to the respondent for compliance. The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
