JUDGMENT Surinder Singh, J The petitioner felt aggrieved by his entry at Sr. No. 2350 in column No. 7 of seniority list of JBT as on 31.12.1997, of District Mandi, H.P. wherein the respondent Department has reflected 2.3.1995 as the date of qualifying his training instead of December, 1992. 2. The contention of the petitioner is that he qualified the JBT in the month of December, 1992 and the certificate (AannexureP4) was issued on 20.4.1993. The respondents have no dispute as far as the certificate aforesaid is concerned. Whether the reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment ?. yes. 3. In view of the above stated position, the respondent-Department is hereby directed to 4. The follow up action shall be taken and finalized by the respondent-Department within four months from the production of the copy of this judgment/order by the petitioner to respondent No. correct the date entered in column No. 7 December, 1992 instead of 2.3.1995 and the consequence shall follow.
