JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. The writ petition is filed with the following prayers:- (i) Direct the respondent No. 1 to allow the petitioner to continue as PTA lecturer, decide the representation of the petitioner and allow the petitioner to join against the vacant post within short time as granted by this Hon’ble court. (ii) That respondents No. 1 & 2 directed to take joining of the petitioner against the vacant post of lecturer in Government Degree College, Sujanpur. 2. The petitioner may move the first respondent, in which case the matter will be duly examined by the first respondent/competent authority with notice also to the PTA Committee and appropriate action, in accordance with law, will be taken by the competent authority within a period of three months from the date of production of the copy of this judgment alongwith the copy of the writ petition by the petitioner. 3. The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending applications, if any.
