JUDGMENT V.K.Sharma, J. The petition has been filed on the following prayer vide para 7(i):- “That the respondents may kindly be directed to consider the case of the applicant for promotion to the post of Centre Head Teacher from the date his juniors have been promoted as such as per seniority of J.B.T. Teachers.” 2. The respondents have taken the following stand vide para 3 of their reply:- “In reply to para 3 it is submitted that the applicant is holding the post of JBT which is a district cadre post, hence he can be appointed in any school with in district even on promotion where post of H.T. Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? No. exists. Hence question does not arise to post him at the station of his choice. On promotion as HT Sh. Harisaran did not join at his place of posting with in stipulated period, hence he was debarred for five years as per terms & conditions imposed in the promotion order. Now the debar condition from five years has been reduced to one year, hence his promotion case is considered in the ensuing DPC.” 3. In view of the above reply, in case the petitioner still has any surviving grievance, he may make a representation along with copy of this judgment to the respondents/competent authority within one month from today, who shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law, within next two months after affording an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner, if so desired. 4. The petition as also pending CMPs, if any, stand disposed of in the above terms.
