JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. The writ petition is filed with the following prayer:- “i. That the respondents may very kindly be directed to count the services of the Petitioner rendered on tenure basis followed by regulation, for the purpose of service increments and towards pension, with all consequential benefits.” 2. According to the petitioner the issue is covered by the decision of this Court in Ravi Kumar versus State of Himachal Pradesh, wherein it has been held that uninterrupted tenure service followed by regular appointment in the same post will count for the purpose of increments and pension. There will be direction to the second respondent to look into matter in the light of the above decision within a period of four months from the date of production of copy of this judgment along with copy of the writ petition and copy of the judgment, referred to above, by the petitioner. 3. The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending application (s), if any.
