JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. The petitioner claims that he is entitled to the benefit of the Government order dated 27.2.2004 in the matter of conferment of daily wage status on a part time employee, who has completed 10 years. It is also submitted that in several cases pursuant to the direction issued by this Court also, such benefits have been granted. There will be a direction to the second respondent to examine the case of the petitioner in light of the Government order dated 27.2.2004 and take appropriate action in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment alongwith a copy of the writ petition by the petitioner before the second respondent. 2. With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
