JUDGMENT :- In view of the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and in view of the averments made in the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondents 4 to 9 and in view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the petitioners, as well as the respondents, this Court finds it appropriate to pass an order allowing this petition, as it is not in dispute that the petitioners/proposed respondents are also the members of the Tamil Nadu Area Defence Officers Co-operative Housing Society Limited, Chennai and they have raised certain issues which have to be decided by the appropriate Authority with regard to the elections, to be conducted in respect of the Defence Officers Colony Institute. Hence, this Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.
