JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. The writ petition is filed with the following prayer:- “i) That the respondents may kindly be directed to count the past services of the petitioner rendered as Panchayat Secretary under Panchayat Samiti from Jan. 1963 to 31-5-1984 towards qualifying service for the purpose of pension, retrial and other consequential benefits.” 2. It is submitted that the issue is squarely covered by the judgment rendered by this Court in State of Himachal Pradesh & others versus Basheshar Lal, CWP No. 1802 of 2002, decided on 31st July, 2008. Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to take action in the light of the decision referred to above within a period of two months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment along with copy of the writ petition and copy of the judgment referred to above. 3. The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending application (s), if any.
