JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. It is submitted that the issue is covered in favour of the petitioners by the judgment rendered by this Court in CWP No. 8619 of 2010, titled as Narender Kumar & others versus State of H.P. & another. In case the petitioners herein are similarly situated as the petitioners covered by the judgment, referred to above, a similar treatment shall be extended to the petitioners herein also within a period of four months from the date of production of the copy of this judgment alongwith a copy of the Writ Petition and copy of the judgment referred to above. 2. The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending application (s), if any.
