JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph,J. The writ petition is filed with the following prayer: “1. That writ in the nature of mandamus may be issued and the respondent department may be directed consider the case of the petitioner for providing promotional avenue to the category of petitioner to the post of Statistical Assistant.” 2. It is seen that Annexure P-4 representation is pending before the second respondent. Therefore, there will be a direction to second respondent/competent authority to consider Annexure P4 and take appropriate action thereon in accordance with law and justice within a period of four months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment alongwith a copy of the writ petition by the petitioner. 3. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
