JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. The writ petition is filed with the following prayer:- “i) That the respondents may kindly be directed to consider/allow the petitioner for his conversion into daily wages Chowkidar w.e.f. 1-1-2004, as per instructions dated 27th FEB,2004 issued by the Chief Secretary to the Govt. of HP with all consequential benefits like arrears of wages etc.etc.” 2. The petitioner is working as part time Chowkidar. The State Government in its wisdom has framed a scheme to grant daily wager status to the part time workers on 27.2.2004. The respondents are directed to consider the case of the petitioner for giving the status of daily wager within eight weeks from today. 3. The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending application (s), if any.
