ORDER 1. Heard on I.A. No. 2 for grant of temporary bail to the Appellant-Shishupal during the pendency of the appeal for performing rites of marriage ceremony of his eldest daughter. 2. On due consideration and considering the gravity of offence i.e. offence of double murder and attempt to commit murder, we are not inclined to suspend the sentence and grant temporary bail to the Appellant during the pendency of the appeal. 3. Consequently, I.A. No. 2 is dismissed. 4. Learned Counsel for the Appellant submits that the Appellant be permitted to perform Kanyadaan in custody. 5. Considering the prayer, Jail Authority is directed to permit the Appellant in custody to perform the Kanyadaan on 8.3.2011.
