JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. It is submitted that the issue is covered in favour of the petitioners by the judgment rendered by this Court in CWP No. 8064 of 2010 titled as Pushpa Devi vs. State of H.P. & ors. with connected matters. In case the petitioners herein are similarly situated as the petitioners covered by the judgment, referred to above, a similar treatment shall be extended to the petitioners herein also within a period of four months from the date of production of the copy of this judgment alongwith a copy of the Writ Petition and copy of the judgment referred to above. 2. The writ petitions are disposed of, so also the pending application (s), if any.
