JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J.0 The petitioner, who is a PTA teacher, is aggrieved since she is not in a position to continue in view of the posting of the third respondent, who is a regular appointee. In case, the petitioner is in a position to point out open vacancy where the third respondent is willing to be accommodated, the second respondent shall accommodate the third respondent in that place and the petitioner shall be permitted to continue as PTA teacher till otherwise replaced by a regular recruitee. 2. The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending applications, if any.
