JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. The petitioner had been working as PTA and he stood relieved on account of joining of the regular hand. According to the petitioner, vacancy is available for the sixth respondent. In case the sixth respondent is willing to be accommodated in any of the vacancies pointed out by the petitioner, he may approach the second respondent with the willingness of the sixth respondent, in which case after accommodating the sixth respondent in that vacancy, the petitioner be continued as PTA till he is otherwise replaced by a regular recruitee. 2. The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending application (s), if any.
