JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph,C. The writ petition is filed with the following prayer: “(a) That this writ petition may kindly be allowed and writ in the nature of certiorari may be issued and the impugned order passed by the respondent Department dated 27.12.2010, Annexure P-1 may be quashed and set aside.” 2. According to the petitioner, there is a vacancy at Government Senior Secondary School, Paplol, Tehsil Sarkaghat, District Mandi. The incumbent working as DPE is continuing only on account of the academic year and the vacancy is to arise on 1st April, 2011. The writ petition is hence disposed of directing the second respondent to preferentially consider the petitioner for accommodation against that vacancy. The needful orders in that regard will be passed within one month from the date of production of a copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition before the second respondent by the petitioner. 3. The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending applications, if any.
