JUDGEMENT R.M.Doshit, J. 1. Learned Advocate Mr. Ambar Nath Banerji appears for the writ petitioners. He states that in view of passage of time, both the petitioners having retired from service on reaching the age of superannuation, the petition has become infructuous. The petition is accordingly disposed of. The parties will bear their own cost.
