JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. The writ petition is filed with the following prayers:- “i. That respondents may be ordered to pay the amount of gratuity to the petitioners under the payment of Gratuity Act, 1972 for the period they remained on daily wage basis with 9% interest, per annum, thereon. ii. That the respondents may also be ordered to pay the amount of gratuity for the regular period also under the CCS (Pension) Rules.” 2. According to the petitioner the issue is covered by the decision of this Court in Lashkari Ram versus State of H.P. There will be direction to the third respondent to look into the matter in the light of the judgment referred to above, verify the facts of individual petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of furnishing a copy of the judgment referred to above, a copy of this judgment, a copy of the writ petition and the service particulars by the individual petitioner. 3. The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending application (s), if any.
