JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. The writ petition is filed with the following prayers:- (a) That the impugned order dated 7th October, 2010 Annexure P-3 may kindly be quashed and set aside and the petitioner be allowed to complete normal tenure i.e. two winter and three summer at the office of Deputy Director Animal Health/Breeding Lahaul Spiti at Keylong. (b) That in the alternative the respondent may kindly be directed to adjust/transfer the petitioner at the station of his choice i.e. at Mandi against vacancy. 2. According to the petitioner, a vacancy at Mandi is available. He may point out the same before the second respondent. In the event of the petitioner filing an appropriate representation within two weeks from today, the same shall be considered by the second respondent and appropriate action, in accordance with law, shall be taken thereon preferentially considering the petitioner for the said vacancy within another one month. The petitioner will be free to continue on leave till a decision is taken, as above. 2. The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
