Hon'ble Sanjay Misra,J.:- According to Sri Anil Bhushan, learned counsel for the applicant, the applicant had filed Writ Petition No. 11978 of 2010 (Principal, Raja Shri Krishna Dutt Post Graduate Degree College, Jaunpur and another Vs. State of U.P. and others), wherein by the order dated 28.2.2011, the Writ Court directed the University to pass an appropriate order with regard to the declaration of the results of the students, who have appeared under the interim order of this Court within a period of two weeks from that date. Sri Anil Bhushan, learned counsel for the applicant states that certified copy of the order was served on the opposite parties no. 1 and 3 on 3.3.2011 and although the period of two weeks has expired, the result of the students concerned has not been declared by the opposite opposite parties no. 1 and 3, which is disobedience of the directions issued by the Writ Court. Prima facie it appears that the opposite parties no. 1 and 3 namely Sunder Lal, Vice Chancellor, Veer Bahadur Singh, Purvanchal University, Jaunpur and R.S.Yadav, Examination controller, Veer Bahadur Singh, Purvanchal University, Jaunpur have disobeyed the order dated 28.2.2011 passed by the Writ Court. In view of the aforesaid circumstances, issue notice to opposite parties no. 1 and 3 namely Sunder Lal, Vice Chancellor, Veer Bahadur Singh, Purvanchal University, Jaunpur and R.S.Yadav, Examination controller, Veer Bahadur Singh, Purvanchal University, Jaunpur fixing an early date. The opposite party is required to file reply to the contempt petition by the next date fixed, failing which they will be required to appear in person on that date to answer the contempt petition. List the contempt petition on the date so fixed.
