JUDGMENT Rajiv Sharma, J. It is not disputed by the learned counsel for the parties that the present lis is squarely covered by the judgment rendered by a Division Bench of this Court in S.S. Kutlehria and others versus State of H.P. and others, CWP No.1358 of 2008 alongwith LPA No.65 of 2009, decided on 8th January, 2010. 2. Consequently, the present petition is disposed of in view of the law laid down by the Division Bench of this Court in the judgment referred to above. Consequences to ensue. The pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of. No costs.
