JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph,J. The Writ Petition is filed with the following prayer: “i) That Writ of Mandamus may kindly be issued to the Respondents to grant W/C Status/regularization of the daily wage service with effect from Oct, 2001 along with arrears of amount due with 9% interest thereon.” 2. It is submitted that the issue is squarely covered in favour of the petitioner by the decision of the Apex Court in Mool Raj Upadhayaya vs. State of H.P., 1994 supp. (2) SCC 316. 3. In case the petitioner is similarly situated as the petitioner covered by the judgment, referred to above, a similar treatment shall be extended to the petitioner herein also as extended to the petitioner referred to in the judgment, as above. The needful action in that regard shall be taken within a period of four months from the date of production of the copy of this judgment alongwith a copy of the Writ Petition and a copy of the judgment referred to above, by the petitioner. 4. With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any. Copy Dasti.
