JUDGMENT Against Ext. P1 assessment order and demand notice, the petitioner has filed an appeal before the First Appellate Authority. The first appellate authority granted certain reliefs. Dissatisfied with even that, the petitioner has filed a second appeal before the the 4th respondent - Tribunal. The petitioner has also filed Ext. P4 stay petition. The petitioner seeks a direction to the 4th respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext. P4 stay petition, expeditiously. Having heard the learned Government Pleader also, I dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the 4th respondent to consider and pas orders on Ext. P4 stay petition, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
