JUDGMENT VIKRAM NATH, J.-Heard Sri Yogesh Srivastava and Sri O.P. Mishra, Advocates for the applicant and the learned A.G.A. 2. The argument advanced on behalf of the applicant is that the incident took place due to sudden provocation as a result of the heated arguments between the applicant and the injured. There was no preplanned intention to commit the crime. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the accused applicant deserves bail. 3. Let the applicant Mohan Lal, alleged to be involved in Case Crime No. 51 of 2010, under sections 307, 506, I.P.C. P.S. Sirsaganj, district Firozabad be admitted on bail subject to his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
