JUDGEMENT S.A.Khan, J. 1. The petitioners are aggrieved by the order dated 28.4.2006, passed in Complaint Case No. 281 of 2006 taking cognizance for offences under Sections 144, 147, 323, 341, 380, 427, 457, 504, 452/34 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the occurrence had taken place due to a land dispute. There is more than one case pending between the parties. The dispute is for a land bearing Holding No. 108, Ward No. 3, Mohalla- Purani Godown, P.S. Kotwali, District Gaya. 3. I do not find any illegality in the order taking cognizance. This application is accordingly, dismissed.
