JUDGEMENT Anjana Prakash, J. 1. The appellant is aggrieved with the acquittal of the respondent no.2 passed by the 8th Additional Sessions Judge, Purnea in Criminal Appeal No.73 of 1992 by a judgment dated 15.5.1994. The respondent no.2 had been convicted u/ss.406 and 420 by the court below which was set aside by the appellate court. 2. On going through the judgment of acquittal, I do not find any illegality or perversity in the same. The appeal is dismissed.
