JUDGMENT Rajiv Sharma, Judge Mr. N.D. Sharma submits that he has been instructed by his client to withdraw the present petition on the basis of assurance held out to his client by the respondent-department to consider his case sympathetically for regularization. Prayer is allowed. 2. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed having been withdrawn. However, respondents shall consider the case of the petitioner sympathetically for regularization and his services shall not be terminated, save and except in accordance with law. No costs.
