JUDGEMENT Anjana Prakash, J. 1. This is an appeal against acquittal of the respondent nos.1 to 5 for the offences u/ss.147, 148, 323, 379, 427 and 452 I.P.C. passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Vaishali at Hajipur in Complaint case No.1232 of 1983 Trial No.479 of 1994 by a judgment dated 6.1.1994. 2. On going through the judgment of acquittal, I find no illegality or perversity in the same. The appeal is dismissed.
