JUDGEMENT Anjana Prakash, J. 1. The State has filed this appeal against the judgment of acquittal passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Muaffaprur in Trial No.2 of 1994 by a judgment dated 14.9.1994. On going through the judgment of acquittal, I do not find any illegality having been committed by the Magistrate, which would entail a retrial. In view of such, the appeal is dismissed.
