JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. Writ petition is filed with the following prayers: “A. That the impugned action of the Respondents in not releasing the grants-in-aid may kindly be quashed and set aside. B. That the Writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction may kindly be issued directing the respondents to release the grants-in-aid from the date of her appointment i.e. 01.7.2007 to till date alongwith interest @ 9%.” 2. It is for the petitioner to approach the Government. In the event of the petitioner approaching the Government, the matter will be considered by the Government and appropriate action, in accordance with law, in the matter will be taken with a notice to the petitioner and the fourth respondent within another four months. The petitioner will produce a copy of this judgment alongwith a copy of the writ petition while filing representation before the first respondent. 3. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
