Judgment :- 1. Heard the learned counsels appearing for both sides. 2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent had submitted that, based on the representation made by the petitioner, on 19.1.2011, the petitioner may be permitted to pay the arrears of tax, along with the appropriate interest accrued thereon, in four equated monthly installments, starting from the first week of the month of March, 2011. 3. In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, the petitioner is permitted to pay the arrears of tax, along with appropriate interest accrued thereon, in four equated monthly installments, starting from the first week of the month of March, 2011. On the payment of two monthly installments, by the petitioner, the respondent shall raise the attachment of the petitioner's bank account. The writ petition is ordered accordingly. No costs.
