Judgment ALOK SINGH, J. 1. This is an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail in a case FIR No. 102 dated 26.9.2010 under Sections 302, 120-B, 148, 149 IPC (later on offences converted to that of under Section 306 IPC) registered at Police Station Goindwal Sahib, District Tarn Taran. 2. Mr. Jaspreet Singh, AAG Punjab has filed affidavit of ASI Hardev Singh  Investigating Officer in the Court which is taken on record. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that petitioner is the wife of deceased  Gurvinder Singh who has committed suicide by consuming the poison. 4. Mr. Jaspreet Singh, AAG Punjab on the instructions of ASI Hardev Singh has stated that this is not case of murder. Learned counsel for the State has further stated that it is a case of abetment of suicide and deceased has committed suicide because his wife has refused to go with him to the matrimonial home. He has further stated that custodial interrogation of petitioner is not required in the present case. 5. Considering all the facts and circumstances of the case, petition is allowed. 6. In the event of arrest of the petitioner, she shall be released on bail to the satisfaction of Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer. 7. Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
