JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, J. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that in view of the intervening developments, whereby the petitioner has retired from service, the present petition is rendered infructuous. Consequently, the same is dismissed having become infructuous, so also the pending application(s), if any.
