JUDGEMENT Anjana Prakash, J. 1. The appellant is aggrieved with the judgment of acquittal of the respondent passed by the S.D.J.M., Patna City in Complaint case No.133 of 1987 by a judgment dated 24.4.1991. 2. On going through the judgment of acquittal, I do not find any illegality or perversity in the same. The appeal is dismissed.
