ORDER : Delay condoned. 2. We are not inclined to interfere in this matter. 3. However, we put it to the learned counsel for the petitioner that we would consider the matter provided the petitioner deposits a sum of Rs. 1 lakh as fine on instructions from his pairokar. 4. Learned counsel states that the said amount could be deposited but a reasonable time be given for the purpose. We, accordingly, give four weeks' time to deposit a sum of Rs. 1 lakh in the trial court which shall be taken as fine. 5. Issue notice. 6. We also direct that the petitioner be released on bail for a period of six weeks and a report be submitted to this Court by the trial court. 7. Matter to be put up immediately thereafter.
