JUDGMENT Kurian Joseph, Whether the petitioner is entitled to the benefit of the judgment in State of H.P. and others versus Sarab Dayal in CWP No. 180 of 2001, decided on 19.7.2007, will depend on the outcome of the matter now pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. The execution petition is, hence, disposed of making clear that within a period of two months from the order passed by the Apex Court, the required action will be taken in the case of the petitioner.
